I tried many dishes from their menu, and each one was prepared to the highest standard. The excellent selection of dishes, their taste, and presentation are simply impressive. It was a comfortable stay in a very clean hotel room. The personnel were quite friendly and ready to help anytime. There were slippers, which surprised me a lot. Usually there aren't any in a 3 star hotels. Recommend you if you want to find an oasis in such a specific place.

Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water. Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic. Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

I liked this hotel very much. All the staff is very friendly, the room is decent with all that is needed and especially good wifi, breakfast was also good and the hotel is conveniently located for exploring Dhaka.

Great customer service. Mr Towfik and his team went above and beyond to meet all our needs and made us feel at home. The rooms have comfortable beds and fitted with necessary amenities.
