Booked it for IELTS. To be honest the IELTS institution is really at the middle of NOWHERE and this hotel save my life. I don’t need to wait in cold winter or worried about missing my train/bus/metro…The room is nice and clean, could be lighter though. The breakfast is perfect. Reception is helpful and friendly.

    Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

    There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

    Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

    We needed to stay somewhere close to our first show, but somewhere that wouldn't break the bank, so we went with the Budget rather than the Ibis on the other side of the carpark. Of course, you can use the bar and restaurant in the other Ibis, which we did. For a budget hotel it is surprisingly clean and comfortable, and the location ( 20 minutes drive from our first show ) was perfect. Value for money was great...the hotel in the town of our first show was literally three times more expensive and didn't even have 24 hour reception.

    The bed were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Very tranquil location. It was just a stop-over for a connection flight the next day and I had not been to Brussels before, but after my stay overnight at this hotel, I'm now thinking of a proper holiday in Brussels. Superb staff. Attentive and welcoming and such a peaceful and tranquil location. I will recommend this hotel for lay-overs in-between flights from Brussel Airport.

    Good location if you arrive or would leave from Brussels airport. But a bit far from city center. Restaurant and food available on the lobby. Train station (Diegem) not far if you need to go to Brussels airport or to city center. There was a paddel court. The room was not too big but fairly clean.
