This brand new hotel in located in the city centre, in a stately former bank building. It is tastefully renovated, with great attention to detail. They managed to transform the cold bank atmosphere into a warm, welcoming feel. Many thanks to the Professional staff: Jasmine and Radu helped me to feel "at home". 1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

My experience at the accommodation was excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. Everything was clean and tidy, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!
