The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

Lounging by the fireplace, sipping their rich coffee, and flipping through these hand-picked books felt like living as a Victorian-era duchess, adding an unforgettable layer to the experience. The house is truly exceptional — a beautifully preserved Art Nouveau building full of character, atmosphere, and outstanding beauty. Its location is excellent: calm, charming, and well connected. But what made my stay particularly memorable was the host’s warm and welcoming presence. I’m especially grateful for his cheerful and inclusive attitude, which helped me feel at ease right away.
