Everything was amazing. The employees Beyza and Gamze were lovely and exceptional. They went way far beyond my own expectations. Always kind, patient and willing to help at all time as well as answering all of my questions. Which made my stay very easy, very joyful and peaceful. The manager as well as the owner as well as the cleaning ladies were super nice and very helpful to accommodate me with all of my needs. The room was very clean and very comfortable. If I come back to Brussels this will be my number one place to stay. So, I highly recommand this charming hotel in every way. You will not regret!❤

Superb location, close to the train station. Short walk to the historical center from one side and to the museums on the other side. The room is small but convenient with proper desk and chairs. Big shower. There is coffee machine in the room. Good breakfast is available and the staff was friendly. Its on a small alloy so it is not noisy although its in the middle of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is very close to all the key attractions in Brussels, so you can walk around and see a lot. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room was excellent, and we especially liked the bathtub (it was very comfortable). The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a great time at this hotel.

The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

    Was there to visit a clinic so didn’t get to see much, but...

    Was there to visit a clinic so didn’t get to see much, but first impression was there was not much there.. struggled to find anything to do and also not many restaurants or cafes where you can get breakfast. I did like the cleanliness and the calmness.. houses there are all great and modern to look at and it was relatively easy to get around

    Machelen has a tired and dejected air about it.

    Machelen has a tired and dejected air about it. There looks like some work to improve its look may have been started but definitely work in progress. We wandered around the centre of the town and most of the shops and restaurants are closed. Found a couple of places open. The most memorable part of our stay is the constant noise from aircraft taking off from Brussels airport every few minutes drowning out any chance of conversation. I'm not surprised that restaurants are closed! It's very unlikely that we will want to stay again in Machelen.

    Excellent location and superb price/value relation.

    Excellent location and superb price/value relation. I found everything that was offered on the website just as you see in pictures. Very clean and a beautiful and cozy place. Better than any other room offered at the same price.
