The hosts are super friendly and social. They welcomed us with open arms. They are very open with their house. But nothing could beat the breakfast they provided for us for both days. Multiple types of bread, home made jams, home made yoghurt, multiple cheeses, fish, meat, veggies and fruits. Conflakes/musli with several different types of toppings like nuts, grains, raisings, coconut, all in separated cans to mix and match to your own liking. They asked us if we wanted some eggs, and how we wanted them, cooked, baked, boiled, toppings or no toppings. This is not a B&B, this is a luxury hotel! 100% recommend if you need to stay anywhere in the region. I was here with three friends, with the same opinion, so this review should really count for 4!

We had a fantastic stay at Madelette B&B. Kathy is an excellent host and ensured every detail of our stay was to our liking. She gave us many recommendations for places to eat and other suggestions nearby. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and a lovely terrace to ourselves. The breakfast was also incredible - Kathy makes pretty much everything herself and it is all delicious. I particularly loved Kathy’s homemade chocolate spread! The closest restaurants are about a 30minute walk away through beautiful fields and a village.

This hotel delivered everything you would expect, it was excellent in every aspect, especially the staff who were extremely professional and discreet, you didn't always see them, but when you needed them they were there. The breakfast was very good, with a very good selection of different options to cater for every taste, it is a very good place to base yourself if you are exploring this region of Belgium.

The owner has very friendly and welcoming. The location is was very convenient, close enough to Ieper, but also near interesting places to visit. The hotel has many amenities for people with small children. Very close there is a great place for breakfast (Tiebrood) and right next to it the Guynemer Paviljoen. I absolutely recommend visiting it, it is maintained by a local that is very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the city and the area.

The property is very nice, everything is well done. It has a great breakfast and wonderful facilities in the house. We traveled with our toddler so the toys and the slide were a very big plus for us. Parking available in front of the house, easy access.

    Very friendly hosts that rent out a beautiful apartment in a renovated barn. The location is next to the town of Moorslede, but as you wake up between the vineyards and cows it has a in-nature appeal. The apartment itself was clean and is modernly designed whilst maintaining the old barn looks.

    I've been staying in hotels for the past 7 years throughout Europe. There's only one in Germany what even comes close to this accommodation. They have achieved here my dream,pure perfection.shame I was there for work and not to live .
