The reception was so nice to us and the hotel was in a nice and silent environment and it was a very clean place but the only problem with it was that we didn't have a good air conditioning system but otherwise it was nice and I would recommend this hotel.

An absolute delight in a stunning Art Nouveau/historical building! We spent a wonderful, romantic weekend in Brussels and couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice! Wonderful rooms - modern, exceptionally clean and had all necessary amenities. The balcony was perfect for stargazing and had a good sense of privacy. The room was quiet and well isolated - I believe all rooms were booked but you could not hear the rest of the occupants. Lien and Gregory were the perfect hosts - prepared a delicious breakfast, gave great tips for the exploration of the area and always had a big smile on! We visited the shop in front of the hotel which had a great selection of local drinks and snacks. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area and look forward to returning.

    Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not...

    Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not enough tea or coffee in the tray. In bathroom there was no hand soap. I reported to the receptionist he gave another room but that was not done looked like someone was there as the bed was not done(clean) properly so I had to return the key and stay in the same room.
