Communicative owners, very nice, open and polite. The facility is well equipped and maintained with extraordinary care and attention to cleanliness inside and out. Room equipment is adequate. Nice place to visit and stay more than one night. It is near the city centre and you can even walk in the mountains from the place. Room was clean, staff nice and helpful. Car park is nearby. Nice yard inside the place.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Room was clean and spacious. Spa facilities were amazing the pool was nice and warm. Food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. Breakfast was a la carte (I believe we were not enough guests for a buffet). I would definitely come back in summer and use the outside pools

Staff were amazing..had a balcony which never knew. Room was first class. Fridge glasses .. bed was so comfortable. Very clean and rooms sound proofed which I was very grateful as Mrs took a pink pill x
