    Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

    We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job). We’ve booked also for February.

    Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya. Though springs were nice. Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

    The hotel is excellent, especially in regards to its spa facilities and food. There is a wide variety of outdoor and indoor pools, steam rooms, saunas, and other spa features for both adults and kids. The outdoor pool and bar area is great, with both warm and cold water, infinity pools etc. The food in the main restaurant is excellent with plenty of choice for the whole family. They also had a sweets bar which was a very nice touch - ice cream, cookies and candy were lovely.

    Rooms were spacious and very cosy, food was amazing , our group particularly benefitted from the long breakfast hours as we enjoyed the quiet pool / spa zone in early mornings to then have breakfast after 9.30am. The most enjoyable experience was the outdoor pool which clearly differentiates Hot Springs hotel from the other 4 star hotels in the area. I also experienced a deep tissue massage in the Health Club, which I cannot recommend enough.

    Fantastic new smallish hotel in Banya, right beside the ancient Turkish bath. Rooms are very comfortable, aircon and wifi work well. There is enough parking for guests. Very good value now that Banya is ''on the map" so to speak.

    We enjoyed a lot our stay. The hotel is family run and everything is made with care and love. The room was great, the pools with mineral water are just amazing. There is a great restaurant on site as well.
