Everything was perfect. We liked the pool and the pool bar very much (you could order drinks in the water). The staff were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was also very good. We will come back.

I stayed here and had a great time. The hot pools and spa were relaxing and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden. The owner is a wonderful lady and she gave her best to feel at home at her place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

Not new, but a very cozy and beautiful chalet-style hotel. The staff is exceptionally professional, and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are roomy and equipped with everything you need. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed daily. Special mention goes to the SPA area: a large pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as a variety of baths, saunas, a hammam, and ice rooms.

    Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

    We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job). We’ve booked also for February.

    Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya. Though springs were nice. Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

    Overall, it was good. The hotel is new, with thermal water pools where you can relax. However, there is ongoing construction around the area, which creates noise and disrupts the peace. One night, there was a power outage, and the central heating did not work all night, making the room cold. They should have a more powerful generator to keep the heating system running. Additionally, the restaurant staff was very slow—we had to wait 40 minutes for a pizza. These are things that need improvement.

    This is rare to meet a hotel of such a good quality. Yes, it is not a boutique hotel but I keep being envy! Where did you took those people who made your hotel? Let me hire them 😍 Rooms, bathroom, the pool, restaurant, aroundings, many small details. All are made on a hight professional level. One thing, so. Boiled eggs must be served warm but not icy cold :) Thank you. My visit was an unexpectedly good experience.
