We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

Room was very cozy and well heated. Bathroom was very clean and modern. We opted for breakfast only and it was pretty decent. You can get dinner as well. The bar in the lobby is very budget friendly and pretty good. There is parking available in the nearby streets, we didn't have too much problems parking and we had two cars. There is a designated ski equipment room that we used frequently to store our gear.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the owner; she was very kind, welcoming, caring, and made us feel great. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient and central, close to all the restaurants and the gondola.

This hotel is in an excellent location for skiing and the hotel provides a place for storing and drying ski gear so it's super convenient. Also very close to good restaurants, shops and everything you need. Staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast and the hotel was nice and quiet place to rest and relax. I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to others for great value and location.

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    We traveled during the summer.

    We traveled during the summer. So, take this into consideration only for summer trips. The whole Bansko town looks focused on one thing: winter sports. During the summer, it's deserted. We only saw a few football teams for their summer camps and a few stragglers. In July, most of the restaurants are closed. Same with most shops. There was a bit of animation in the old city, with a few more shops and restaurants open. The gondola felt quite expensive: around 100 eur for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The funny part: it was going empty all day, with no passengers.

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning...

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning line. We went each day from 12 to the end of the day and it was perfect. Prices are much bigger than last year, in restaurants and pubs and bars.

    It is a nightmare to get to the top of the mountain.

    It is a nightmare to get to the top of the mountain. The queue is hours long because they give priority to some VIP tickets which are not well advertised so there are many people skipping the queue and no proper information about how to get a VIP ticket. When you try to ask about it, the staff are not helpful at all. The alternative is to use taxis. However, they request cash only and then, they do not drop you off in a good spot and if you do not know how to ski it is even dangerous. This happened to us twice and half the group was very scared to ski down to their lesson spot!! Their excuse is that they cannot take you further but it is a lie - they just want to avoid traffic so they can add in more trips and more cash. If you know how to ski, then this is an ok option to skip the queues but not recommended for beginners. Then at the mountain-top, if you are hungry the restaurants are super expensive! 20 euros for a plain pizza is too much! Drinks are expensive too but this is also in the city int the apres-ski bars. They also request only cash despite having card readers. Overall for the service received, it is not worth it anymore. Additionally, there is not much else to do in the area except skiing, snow mobiles and go to the thermal spa. Nightlife is almost non-existant when the apres-ski finish.

    Great hotel in a great location with spa facilities. The hotel staff have exceptional standards in engaging with the guests and providing top-class customer service from check-in to checkout. It is 5 mins walk to Gondola and Main Street with all the restaurants. Hotel provides shuttles to/from Gondola and their Thermal waters in Banya (15 mins away). Room cleaning was very well done every day. The room had kitchen facilities, balcony and stunning view of the mountains.

    Great hotel, very friendly staff, Thomas the owner and manager was there to check the stay was good. Our room had two bedrooms and a lounge, and fridge, perfect for our family group. Spa was really good after a day on the mountain, great quality breakfast, perfect location 300m from the Gondola and right next to the ski equipment shops.

    Everything was great! The staff was friendly, food was delicious with many options. The spa area was also amazing - a lot of areas and the outside pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlight. The location of the hotel is also great - just next to the forest and also quite close to the ski area. Would definitelly recommend!

    The room was clean and spacious, the SPA was great with various facilities and not too crowded. The location is close to the gondola and a lot of ski rentals, you can also leave your skis at the hotel (the receptionist will guide you). The staff were also friendly and kind. We would visit Bellevue Residence again.
