    Nice city , very small.

    Nice city , very small. In the center parking as usually is a problem. To see Fortress for one day is enough, NO other things to do A good restaurant in the center opposite to the hotel, can pay in LEVA and EURO but NO with card Travel to city on day light , a mountain region with nice landscapes (we travel in the night on rain)

    Belogradchik as a town has nothing to offer, but The Rocks...

    Belogradchik as a town has nothing to offer, but The Rocks and the surroundings are amazingly beautiful. The place should be on everyone's short list, a place to visit at least once in a lifetime. So pity that is so poor promoted. The entire region should be extremely wealthy having such a treasure.

    The city has been improving in the last decade.

    The city has been improving in the last decade. Now it has much more to offer. However, the tourist infrastructure could be improved, e.g. linking the Belogradchick rocks, the wines of the region (the excellent Borovitsa winery), the caves and the nice churches near Oreshets.

    Great hospitality and an amazing breakfast! The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was in a fantastic location in an authentic building. While the property could benefit from some updates, it offers the charm and comfort of a traditional Bulgarian atmosphere.
