There is an inside swimming pool, sauna and SPA, so you can come at any time during the year. The food is also good, we were able to easily find something healthy and tasty at the same time. Amazing staff, especially the guy in the bar and the woman in the massage cabinet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the hotel 22:45 in the evening. The hotel Staff had organized food for us in our rooms. Fantastic service :-) the Animation team was really great. Especially Dimi who we all love!!! The beach is not far at all. Just go out via the garden by the pool, take right and then left again. And down some stairs and you are in the heart of Golden sands. The room was clean and very nice. We had two connecting rooms which was perfekt for us. The pool was also clean and nice. I dont understand the bad rewies this hotel have. If you as a guest smile and are nice to the Staff i believe you will have the same experience as us. Everyone was great, but again...Dimi from the animation team was amazing :-) we definetly recommend this hotel.

    The resort is, on my opinion, the best on the Bulgarian sea shore, for our generation (60+). Our trip to Golden Sands was comfortable by our personal car. Parking (paid) difficult to manage when the hotel is almost full.

    Golden sands now is very turistic and way too crowded.

    Golden sands now is very turistic and way too crowded. The walking corridor along the beach and the hotels now is full of stores and restaurants and sometimes you cannot even walk. There are several things to explore in the area besides de beach ( which to me is better towards Varna than golden sands). Varna sea garden, and harbor are a nice thing to explore while you are there. Also other historical places as the Ovech fortress or the aladhza monastery are good options. We also took our chances and went to Nesebar old town ( 2 hours from varna) totally worthed.

    Good place for laying in the sun.

    Good place for laying in the sun. No historical places nearby - the closest is Cape Kaliakra. Best place to eat - Ambassador Steak House: excellent food (best chicken quattro formaggi; great chinese style chicken; great teriyaki chicken; great rose wine by the glass) and great services. Worst place to eat - McDonald's: horrible food, double the regular prices, rude staff (we could not pay because there was an apparent error with the "EFT") and the staff chief (probably) laughed with his colleagues and mumbled in their native language.

    The beach and waves were nice, also the restaurants. My little grandson enjoyed the child-directed entertainment and pools etc. That said, this beach was a bit noisy and overly commercial for my taste, next time I will look for something a bit more quiet.

    The quality of the water and sand is impeccable.

    The quality of the water and sand is impeccable. Unfortunately, the tendency to crowd with new constructions and private beaches is similar to the phenomenon on the Romanian coast. It is clear that developers want to profit in the short term and are detracting from the natural quality of the tourist area.

    It's perfect for people who want to relax and get out of the city. The beach is very good, more green, mountains, flowers like roses. All the restaurants that we went to were good. And they are cheap.

    This is the 2nd time when I come to this hotel and always discover something impressive. Price-quality IN WINTER TIME? Correct. Top 3 seaside hotels in Bulgaria. At each of the meals you have food practically for breakfast, lunch and dinner (diversified). The whole hotel is very warm, the pool heated just right, the water in the pool warm. All staff English speaking, very responsive. Parking spaces at discretion, without payment. I wish to come back. ПОЗДРАВЛЕНИЯ ЗА РЪКОВОДСТВОТО НА ХОТЕЛА.

    Nice little hotel right on the beach. Free parking onsite. Food was absolutely amazing! My special thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff! Cocktails and coffee were so so, which is typical for Bulgaria. The beach is quite well-kept and clean. Strangers are not allowed to stay; however, they can walk along the beach. You can get a beach towel there, no need to bring your own. There is a terminal bus station for the bus which goes to Varna, right near the hotel territory entrance.

    One of the best hotels on the coast for sea views, small, quiet, well run, comfortable and reasonably priced. Stayed in beach front suite which was excellent with stunning sea view. Breakfast is included and good with adequate choice. Quiet part of Golden Sands but with restaurants and shops around. Danton seafood restaurant is very close by and us very good.
