The hotel is new built ,very clean and has a very good location. The staff is very friendly , cheerful and I definitely will stay there if I have to go to Pleven. I highly recommend it.

Our recent stay at the Splendid Pleven was exceptional, as always. We frequently choose Hotel Splendid while traveling, this experience still managed to exceed our expectations. The breakfast is outstanding! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a birthday cake and surprise for our daughter, which made her day unforgettable. The atmosphere and the view are lovely! As expected, the hotel was impeccably clean and felt entirely safe, reinforcing why we consistently trust Splendid Pleven for our travels.
