The reception and kitchen were on outstanding level. I had multiple questions about the city as it was my first time here in Ruse, the receptionist managed to answer them all and provided me with helpful tips. The level of cleaning was excellent as well.

Nice and calm location, it deserves money for experience of boat hotel, food and drinks were good… i like the hospitality and welcoming of receptionist, he guided me well , an experienced boy.
