I have visited Plovdiv on many occasions and I can say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. The hotel has a wonderful location, everything is organized at an extremely high level. The staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommended. The hotel is very well decorated, it has an great atmosphere. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with high quality products, zero doubt about the freshness. The staff was more than helpful and very attentive. The underground Roman ruins visit was the cherry on top. Location is very close to the city center and the old town, all accessible by foot. Our only regret is we did not stay longer, this place is a gem.

We had an amazing stay at Doubletree. Everything was perfect. The hotel is brand new and super clean. Located at the centre of Plovdiv. Modern rooms with all standard amenities and then some. Big plus the underground parking. Special thanks to the staff at the reception for their help with all our needs. We highly recommend that you visit Doubletree as we will definitely do so again in the future.

Everything was good. We liked the size of room (it's a really big room with a balcony, gois view, matress on a bed is really comfortable. Staff was polite and ready to help any time. Restoran Avocado provided enough and a good quality of food for our breakfast. We really reccomend this place

    Beautiful old town, nice area to walk, with lots of trees & beautiful parks, nice buildings, felt safe, lovely restaurant (Raia) with excellent menu & helpful English speaking staff. Would have liked to stay one more night to try Hemingway. Drove to areas outside the center and it is a tidy, organised, clean city, disciplined drivers and friendly & helpful people

    Really interesting place with lots of history but also very vibrant with music festivals and events staged by the local council. Its a place where you need to dig a bit deeper to fully experiance. Good train service to visit other places nearby.

    Plovdiv deserves 3 full days. It has so much to offer.

    Plovdiv deserves 3 full days. It has so much to offer. Visit the old houses in the old town / you have 6- 7 of them/ and galleries. Walk the cobbeled streets and the old farmacy and numerous restaurans. See the Roman ruins spread around town. Anciant amfitheater.VISIT THE BASILICA with huge mosaics. Walk the besutiful park and hills. Visit nearby BACKOVO monastery.Do not miss the artistic Kapana district.

    Loved the location of the hotel.

    Loved the location of the hotel. Ideal walking distance from train station and to major sites such as the old town. Need at least 4 days to comfortably visit as there is so much to see. Will definitely visit again.

    A tasteful mix of the very old and the very modern.

    A tasteful mix of the very old and the very modern. The old city is beautiful and fascinating. The open spaces and water features very attractive. Historical sites are easily accessible a well looked after. Some require a bit of a climb so be prepared for that. The restaurants are varied and the food we tried all good. Some of the waiting staff need a little more training such as asking if you're finished with a dish or a drink before removing it! Great place and people, great value, great holiday.

    Plovdiv is a beautiful place and full of great people and wonderful places to visit. The only issue I found is not many people speak English especially the older generation. Young people speak English so whenever I am stuck to explain things I looked for a young person who was happy to translate.

The hotel has been built to a very high standard & very tastefully decorated, they have paid attention to all small details, despite the standard double rooms are on the small side. We have been a group of 5 people & booked 3 double rooms. We have enjoyed our stay & deinnitely will come back.

    Hotel is centrally located. 5 mnts walk to Plovdiv center and 10 mnts walk to old town area. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Though I was informed that parking reservation is not possible, we didn't have any issue with parking as there were plenty of parking slots available. Breakfast was also good. Bar staff were also very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who wanted to stay in a good hotel with parking which is close to Plovdiv center.

    Absolutely perfect Hotel right in the heart of everything, clean, AC perfectly, great staff, done the 5 glass wine tasting, Gabrealla (not sure if I spelt correctly) was young but very up on Bulgarian wines, I really recommend this great central hotel ❤️

    Location is on the pedestrian area in the city center. Entire city is walking distance from there, old town, museums, ancient ruins. Hotel did offer parking as well (paid) and accomodated us even though we had not booked parking. Very friendly staff.

    The breakfast was great, prepared right on time-you could actually choose from a menu the day before. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town and near the Roman theater.There is free parking nearby.
