We had a fantastic experience booking this apartment! The apartment itself was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. We were particularly impressed with the new furniture and modern appliances, which added both comfort and functionality to our stay. It is a clean, spacious and cosy apartment. Owners answered our questions very fast and they even left some nice gifts in the apartment, like a nice bottle of wine, Prosecco for New Year and Xmas sweets with a card of good wishes. Apartment was well equipped, even with coffe and tea. Had a great time there and we would really love to return:) Thanks a lot for everything!

For the purpose we went with our family, relaxing in the nature with using spa, we are very satisfied. The appartment is having all you need and is very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee in the yard, listening only the birds. Total relax. The host is very responsive. Swimming pool and spa are also great, children enjoyed. Massages in the spa were also nice. We plan to go come back again in the summer. :)

Comfortable and spacious house with a great backyard, sufficient kitchen equipment and very kind and helpful hosts. Close to Bansko and with a great view of the mountains. You could use the restaurant and the SPA center of the hotel nearby, the hotel told us the fee for the SPA was 70 leva per person, not sure about the restaurant.

    Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature. Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.

    Very spacious apartment in a tourist resort. It has everything necessary for a stay. Ideal for families with children. You collect the keys at the hotel reception. A parking space is provided within the resort. You apply for parking with your license plate number at the hotel reception. Communication with the owner is fast and efficient, via messages. From the owner, we received recommendations for visiting attractions in the Bansko area and restaurants. The spa is excellent. The water temperature in the indoor pool is from 27 to 30 degrees.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Razlog. The room was exceptionally clean and warmly decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and reflects the natural charm of the region. Everything from the warm hospitality to the comfortable amenities made this a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting!

    The apartment really looks exactly as in the photos. The advantage is the phenomenal view from the balcony, btw. you can see Kutelo hill (2.908m). The apartment is excellently furnished - there is a balcony, separate bedroom, couch, kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. It is necessary to drive to Razlog and Bansko, there is a small shop nearby at the beginning of the street. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for guests within the complex. Satisfaction for us.

    Everything was perfectly arranged. I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience. It was clean, comfortable, and well-located, 5-6 minutes travelling by car to closest town (Razlog) but still nice and quiet. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
