You got a snack, water, coffee, everything you need. Yesterday was Valentine’s day and I got a little surprise , a small bear with a heart, this can make every single guest feel special and put a smile on each face! To sum it up : Awesome location, very clean, very safe, close to all you need in Sofia( sightseeing, stores, etc.) Checking out in the middle of the night is not a problem. We loved the vibe. It was clean and trendy, and it felt safe. The rooms were nice and very nicely designed. Sheets and towels were clean and new. The room had a big TV, and you could connect your netflix account. Showers were clean and well made, and the water pressure was great. We really liked our whole stay here. You get great value for the money. We were able to leave our stuff there for the whole day since our flight was after midnight. Some parts are still under construction, but that did not bother us because it only means it will get better.

They check the availability and even the booking in the hotel was nearly full, they allow me for an extra early check-in at about 10.00am. and late checkout to 1400. everything was good.. room size, comfort, ambience, BT speaker in the room, complimentary nespresso, herbal teas.. What places did you like? I really enjoyed the city center area, especially Vitosha Boulevard — full of life, nice cafés, and beautiful architecture. The parks nearby are also perfect for a relaxing walk. Where did you eat? We tried a few local restaurants around the center — Made in Home and Shtastlivetsa were our favorites. Great food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere! Is it easy to travel around Sofia? Yes, it’s very easy. Most places are within walking distance from the apartment, and public transport is convenient and affordable. Taxis and Bolt also work great for longer distances. What activities do you recommend for groups of friends? Exploring the old town, visiting Vitosha Mountain for a short hike or sunset view, and enjoying the cafés and bars along Vitosha Boulevard. For something different, try a wine tasting or a free walking tour — both fun and great for groups.

Lengthy pedestrian precincts, many shops also open on Sunday as the Gallery. Fine variety of restaurants including vegetarian and also vegan shops. The metro is easy, modern and cheap. Worth buying a pass for several days. All religions represented by fine buildings, with easy access. A worthwhile visit.

We didn't venture out much because of the weather but when...

We didn't venture out much because of the weather but when we did, in our opinion, the streets were hard to walk on because of the cobbled stones and uneven pavements, I was very wary of going over on my ankle plus the very few locals we came in to contact with appeared to be unhelpful and rude, apart from the staff at the accommodation complex. We didn't manage to visit any popular places because of the weather.

The centre of Sofia is very beautiful and the Roman ruins of Serdica were sensational and artistically displayed throughout the centre. All the important museums and buildings were within easy reach. we appreciated the free walking tour from the law courts to the beautiful gold domed St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Thankfully the Ottoman empire was very tolerant and all important religeous buildings were well preserved. Eating out was easy with plenty of choice. We recommend eating at the traditional Bulgarian restaurant Hadjidraganov's Cellars just off the wide Vitosha Boulevard, full of shops and eating places going south from Serdica to the lovely park in front of the Palace of Culture. We could easily have stayed longer as ther were plenty of places to visit outside of the city.

All of Bulgaria is beautiful.

All of Bulgaria is beautiful. Sofia being the central is beautiful also but there is not much to do in the actual city. The rest of Bulgaria however you would need around 10 days to really enjoy it. We had 7 days and felt that a few more would have been better. Just some tips before going though, be sure of your addresses. Some locations have the wrong address on Google maps which made it difficult at times to arrive to the spot. None the less you will find it's location with the help of the locals, which are super friendly and always ready to help.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Geppy. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional and the room was very good for the price. The room had very good sound proofing, comfortable memory foam mattresses on the beds, the bathroom was clean and had a bath mat! (that's a first for me in Bulgaria) and there was a small balcony for the smokers. Compared to other hotels of a similar price, this was by far the best we have had in Sofia. I look forward to staying next time we are in town.

The hotel is very close to the central railway station and the center of Sofia. We were able to left the luggage when we arrived early in the morning and go out to explore the city. Due to some unexpected adventures with Bulgarian rail travel we haven't slept that night and were very tired but the receptionist pointed us to the coffee station and a lounge where we had some rest and reconsidered. Without her help we wouldn't see Sofia this time around as our flight was next morning.
