Beautiful and comfortable room with balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the room was daily serviced. We loved the breakfast as there was a good variety and ended up eating all our dinners at the restaurant - good variety and tasty. Marie was very kind and helpful, she speaks multiple languages and gives you suggestions of activities and services available. Thanks again for the 'sweet' birthday surprise.

    Amazing view!

    Amazing view! Batak Reservoir is really beautiful, even though we were there during the snowy winter! In the summer I'm sure it is full of water sports options. It is so calming and relaxing! Great place, like 2 hours from Sofia and you will feel the clean air and the wonderful mountains.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, and the room itself was very clean and well-kept. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. There’s also a restaurant right downstairs, and it was a great bonus! The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were super nice and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    Amazing hotel! Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!

    I've been to many places around the world, and this one is an absolute gem 💎 Great location, very comfortable beds, great attention to detail by the hosts. Super clean as well. We have totally enjoyed our trip to Tsigov Chark! And will be back there again, definitely at some point
