From reception to restaurant and grounds, staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious and had a refrigerator. Bottled water was provided which was helpful. The Belizean continental breakfast was great, with fryjacks, banana bread and ripe fruit. I enjoyed most of my dinner, but no fish was available which reduced menu options. The grounds are lovely with seating areas near the river and the pool.

The room was spacious and bed size was good. Rustic feel of the room gave a Belizean and camp feel, very high ceilings and wood trim. River view was gorgeous. Pool area was very nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was very good. Could hear and see several different bird species. Very quiet and secluded. Not many other people on the property. Availability of shuttle to and from the airport for a small fee.

1. the grounds: this hotel/resort is set in a gorgeous, lush, incredibly beautiful area, with a river right there, and lush greenery abounding. Absolutely lovely grounds. 2. staff: every one of the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. 3. room: spacious, comfortable beds, shower very nice, and a lovely, large balcony area to sit in.

A lovely hotel located near the international airport and so good for staying at when first arriving in Belize. The room size was very large and the beds comfortable. Nice large bathroom as well with a good powerful shower.

Lovely helpful staff and great room overlooking the river. We saw howler monkeys and birds at the hotel.
