My visit to this Hotel during my free week in Canada was undeniably the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the brand-new and immaculate surroundings. Everything felt fresh, clean, and exuded a sense of modernity. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness added a personal touch to the stay, making me feel right at home. Any questions or requests I had were promptly attended to, further enhancing the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's fantastic restaurant. The restaurant served delectable food at affordable prices, and the pleasant patio with a scenic view made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was a masterpiece in design. The attention to detail was evident, and the aesthetics were simply beautiful. The comfortable bed ensured a restful and relaxing sleep, setting the stage for a rejuvenating stay. After such a wonderful experience, I can confidently say that I will absolutely book with this hotel again in the future. my flight was cancelled. i was at a loss. also i was scared about hail and storm. but the front disk man taught me kindly what i was going to do and suggested me i can come back to eat breakfast and take a rest up to the checkout time even i could wait the next flight. i really appreciate for the kindness. great hotel !

Able to check in early due to high temperature outside , AC was wonderful , the staff were extremely friendly from the time I checked in they would were greet me with hi's and hellos,ade me want to stay longer

    The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though.

    The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though. The location is near the CrossIron Mills Outlet where I would like to spend a full day shopping and near the Calgary International Airport where I would be going to catch a plane. Didn't like that they didn't do housekeeping despite me staying for 2 nights - no making the bed, emptying the dustbins, changing the towels. There was no door card for me to indicate that I would like the room cleaned. The breakfast was pathetic. Would prefer they charge lower for room rate and do not provide breakfast as plenty of options at the CrossIron Mills Outlet.

    Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in.

    Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in. This hotel is close to Balzac but we went to Airdrie to the restaurant called Brewsters but are many other eating places available. Airdrie is a short drive north on highway #2 This hotel is very close to Cross Iron Mills mall , Costco and also Century Casino & Racetrack. The Calgary Airport is also not that far away.

    Right from the start they didn’t seem inconvenienced or harsh - I checked in very llate but was greeted friendly!! The persona texts nice touch too. I extended my stay hoping to get my daughter - friendly in giving me same rate - I love the furniture and layout chosen in room I was in King Suite it didn’t feel cheap, was modern (grey woodsy) and lots of shelving so I had places for everything!! I wanted to move in was so cozy. I should of made it to the mall but I got a car starter installed by Vusions in Airdrie. Glad for that!! Missed sakes I saw when I made a dash to the mall... Costco and went to Cabellas with my son.. o Next time I’m going to try to be in the room more and enjoy that bed!!!
