Everything! The style and decor was beautiful, the beds were so comfy, the hot pools, sauna and fires were so delightful to enjoy and relax. The bar had a great variety of beverages and the food menu looked incredible. Easy parking. They also provide transit tickets to get downtown Banff. Quiet, relaxing and 10/10 would recommend.

We loved this place! We (me and my partner) booked two nights in the lodge and it was amazing. It has a beautiful lobby and restaurant after the entrance to the reception. Staff was amazing, very friendly and ready to help. We also had dinner in the restaurant and I had amazing BBQ Pork Ribs. Very close to Banff downtown, either 25min walk or 5min drive. The room had all the amenities needed with a very comfortable bed and fireplace. The views from the balcony were stunning! This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far and I'm not exaggerating! Definitely worth booking as I know we will when we visit Banff again.

What Guests Said About Banff:

Wonderful area to explore the mountains of Canada.

Wonderful area to explore the mountains of Canada. Early October didn't have too many crowds. There are many places to see on your own, so consider renting a car and hitting the road. We truly enjoyed the fresh, mountain air and the downtown area of Banff. Banff is quite expensive, especially going out to eat, so be prepared for that.

Banff is a great town!

Banff is a great town! An hour away from Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and the beginning of the Icefields Parkway. Great places to eat! We ate at the Elk & Oarsman, which is changing it's name to just the Elk. Food was great, service excellent, and the view from the rooftop dinning was spectacular! It is a tourist town, but a great place to base a trip to Banff National Park.

Very much a tourist town, parking is an issue throughout the entire area. Beautiful area, Use tour company or transfer buses from train depot to get to Lake Louise and Lake Morraine, private vehicles not allowed.

Nice Main Street with lots of touristy shops.

Nice Main Street with lots of touristy shops. Plenty of places to eat. Wouldn’t want to visit in the main season as it was busy when we were there in September. Loads to see and do in the surrounding area with great transport links to the Gondola, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the other tourist hot spots.

Banff is a great place with a super vibe based on the beauty of the forest and mountains. Kids working the restaurants and bars are really nice. In September, we didn’t find it noisy or too crowded but just right. You can easily drive or bike to many local attractions. I recommend a E bike.

Banff was a great a place to shop but parking was a problem though I had a handicapped sign. The 9 hour tour we took in a 14 passenger van was wonderful. It is a beautiful park. I would recommend the Viator tour. We did hike the Hoodoo Trail near our Banff rocky Mountain resort and enjoyed Canmore, too as we are skiers. The Legacy bike trail was amazing though we did not bring our bikes this time.

It's located close to Banff city centre, about a 5 minute drive. You also get a free bus pass and there's a bus stop right next door. Just make sure to get all the info on public transport in Banff beforehand, there's lots of different shuttles to places like Lake Louise and Moraine. That's not related to this hotel but still worth sharing ;-) Beds were okay, not great but not terrible either. The fridge was spacious enough for our groceries. There was free parking right outside our room.

We loved how the location was just 5 mins drive to the Town of Banff - that was very accessible! The day that we visited was the first snowfall of the season and we loved how the hotel had an underground parking so it was easier for us to hop out especially with two toddlers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our kids enjoyed the hot pool. The overall experience was great! Would return to this hotel on our next trip.

A very new hotel on the outskirts of Banff township but within just a couple of minutes by transit (free ticket provided for your whole stay) or drive and a short flat walk. The rooms were spacious and well thought out including lots of hanging space for all the jackets in the cold. The hot tubs were fantastic

The location was good. Additionally the hotel provided us with free bus passes to be used to go to Banff downtown. The parking is difficult to get at downtown & it costs hourly CAD 5. So getting free bus passes for full 4 days for my entire family & friends group was great!
