Coffee, shampoo, easy parking etc. Have stayed here before, a different room all 3 times and all were very good. Last time I stayed, I had a problem with my room access PIN but the host was quick to respond with both message and phone call, meaning there were no issues at the end of the day, issue solved in 10 mins.
