We enjoyed one day and night in Gander.
We enjoyed one day and night in Gander. Really enjoyed the stop at Gander International Airport with the history and the connection obviously to the 9/11 events. Our stop at Silent Witness Memorial was sad but interesting to learn of these events. We had a fabulous meal at The All New Rosie's Restaurant. Delicious and so much food. Gander is a very friendly community, all the restaurant help were cheerful and eager to serve. Delivery of take out was generally twice the expected wait so food was cold and in one case not the product ordered.
