Great location if you are cycling from Toronto to Niagara! Right on the service road. Very clean apartment with plenty of space for the four of us. Not to mention the host was an absolute gentleman. Even dropped us into the town to get food. We couldn't face the thought of cycling more. It really was the perfect location so we didn't have to go off route, get some good rest and get straight back to it this next morning. They knew we were cycling in and had plenty of water in the fridge for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and well needed!

The basement space was huge with a well equipped kitchen, great TV and even a bar. Darlene was incredibly accommodating and always happy to chat and help us with our plans. We used the hot tub and it was great.

The Sai Gon Suite is a delightful little apartment in the heart of Grimsby. It is well appointed with everything you'd need for a nice stay. Free parking, comfy bed and proximity to the main commercial area made this an ideal spot for us. Nice touches such as laundry soap, coffee pods and a flat-screen tv were much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and very clean house. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute drive to Walmart, restaurants, and shops, and about an hour to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Just keep in mind it’s a private home, not a hotel, so the walls are not fully soundproof. Still, we truly enjoyed our time here, and our lovely host made it extra special by surprising us with a thoughtful anniversary gift. Such a heartwarming gesture — thank you!
