I am sure our room would have been wonderful except for the fact that our car broke down and we couldn't get to our room. We tried phoning the hotel in Hinton to cancel our room at 6 PM, but were told it wasn't possible and to try getting in touch with Booking,com which was impossible, so we ended up without a place to stay that night, and also had to pay anyway. It was not a good day. I hope they ended up giving our room to someone else for free, as it had already been paid for by us.Guest review byMarieCanada - 6.0

Just returned from 3 nite stay at Ramada Hinton AB Canada.
Just returned from 3 nite stay at Ramada Hinton AB Canada. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean & spacious. Breakfast was fine. HOWEVER the young hockey team that was also being accommodated at the hotel was VERY LOUD & DISRUPTIVE - they set up their nets & were playing hockey in the corridors, & running through the hallways, also to & from the pool, visiting different rooms on the different floors --disturbing everyone else's peace. Even after complaints from guests to the front desk nothing changed - there was no security, or enforcement. ... There are apparent financial consequences for smoking in a room, could there not be some financial consequence for partying or disturbing others' peace & quiet - some people work.& are paying for their privacy & space.
