The main thing to do here is to check out the reconstructed viking settlement. Good value for money and a good way to while away a few hours. The story-teller in the longhouse was awesome, as was the bard (skald), and the outdoor views/walks were great too. A fun experience even if you're not usually into actor interpretations. National Historic sites and Norstead were great.
National Historic sites and Norstead were great. The Norsemen Restaurant was an absolute treat, the staff were excellent, the view was spectacular and the art was beautiful. Finally, the food was delicious and such an incredible find - if you are sitting on the fence about visiting L’anse Aux Meadows, the Norseman would make the difference.Guest review byChad
