Yvonne is so welcoming. The property is so iconic and beautiful, it brings you so much peace and happiness. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing of Kal lake and Vernon. It's a little gem hidden in the mountain. Hottub with views is also amazing. Breakfast in the morning...delicious! You certainly don't leave hungry! EVERYTHING! Beautifully-appointed room, spotlessly clean, pleasant decor, super comfortable bed, linens and pillows, plush towels and upgraded toiletries, well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee pod choices, plenty of natural light and good shades to block out any outside lights at night. Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

The pool was great. The king size suite was spacious and we had such a comfortable sleep on the bed. Great location with a bar and restaurant in walking distance.
