Very friendly people, enjoyed the River walk and some of the local attractions but there was considerable road construction going on throughout the city which made getting around a bit difficult, especially in the later afternoon. Really not a very thriving city it seems - all the taxi drivers said the same thing. The economy is poor and the costs are high. Looks like it has a lot of empty commercial properties and yet there are individual islands of attraction - the Capitol theatre, the Museum, the River Park with the possibility of renting electric scooters and some nice cafes.Guest review byDDFAUnited Kingdom
