We have spent a few days at this resort. Beautiful area, directly on the lake, good facilities for a relaxing vacation. The water is exceptionally fine for swimming, warm and smooth. The resort is sitting on a huge land, the cottages are so far away from each other, that all have a private beach. There are also trails for hiking. We stayed in the main building in a suite: spacious room with a kitchen area, balcony with a beautiful view, comfortable. Everything was perfect, the management is very kind. Classic cottage vacation. Thank you, Cathy!

The reception was very easy and friendly. I needed help with the TV and the young man came right away and was very helpful. Comfortable bed, easy parking in front of the room, walking distance to the Main Street and the waterfront. Very clean. Good lighting and excellent wifi which stayed strong and didn’t have to be reset everytime I signed out as is often the case… overall a very pleasant experience and I will be back!

Cute little place nestled on a quiet lake. Accommodation had everything we needed for a night. Weather held off, and we were able to have a campfire. Working on booking another night to extend our stay.

    Seguin is an amorphous region without a core.

    Seguin is an amorphous region without a core. It is a collection of summer and permanent residences scattered along an extensive web of meandering roads, many rough and unpaved. As it moves toward Georgian Bay it becomes more rugged and scenically attractive. It is not a conventional resort area and it is at least a half hour drive to find a sample of restaurants. Perhaps best for self catering cottage rentals in season.

    The location is beautiful, if you want to spend all day on or by the water then this is a fabulous spot. But be prepared for the very run down Inn and that all other of the amenities mentioned are really not in good enough shape to use.

    This is the perfect spot for quiet, peaceful, back to...

    This is the perfect spot for quiet, peaceful, back to outdoors holidays. We spent 8 days here soaking in the sun, kayaking, row-boating, swimming and enjoying our 38 years of marriage together. Good coffee and even better wine complemented the amazing views of this great spot God has given us to enjoy. We will absolutely return next year.

    It is a nice place to visit. try the 30,000 boat cruise or the boat trip to Huckleberry Island which is fun. Water activities and peaceful surroundings at Sunny Point Resort. Family suite was big and clean; two bathrooms was a bonus. fun family trip.

    Area was beautiful but the rooms and pool were not so great. I paid $146 and was told breakfast was included and it wasn't. Found blood on our bedding and the toilet didn't work it was so disappointing. Pool and hot tub room smelled horrific I got a headache just being in there for 2 minute's. I couldn't even get in the pool I was scared to catch a disease. Was so awful and it's sad because that hotel has alot of potential it use to be so nice but not anymore. Sorry to say but I wouldn't stay there again I already feel ripped off. Save your money go to Walmart and buy a tent you'll be happy you did.

    Otter lake is beautiful. The location and property are great, the cleanliness was outstanding for the age of the property. The games room was great. The size of the cottage and privacy were wonderful. The staff were also lovely. Value was excellent.

    The beautiful, tranquil setting on Otter Lake. Just wish we had more time with you. It was just an overnight stay. Our next stay will be longer and we plan on bringing friends with us. Our dinner was delicious and our waiter was delightful.

    Beautiful location and great amenities at the hotel. Enjoyed the sauna, pool, and kayaks for the lake! Food at the restaurant was amazing for dinner. Good selection at breakfast. Would’ve loved to have been able to stay longer.

    Good breakfast. Hotel is dated but bathroom has been upgraded and was very very clean. Beautiful entry and fireplace. Can picture a snowy night sitting there with a glass of cheer.
