A perfect nights stay in a serene location. We loved the quiet and calm of the ranch and even saw some great wildlife near the cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit had everything we needed including a fridge, coffee maker and dishes. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was pretty quiet despite being right on the highway. It was easy to walk into town on the side roads.

Plenty of shopping, eating places, grocery store etc. in Princeton. At a meeting of major highways it's a great stop-off place and easy to get around. The people are friendly and helpful and take pride in their town - it's clean, well kept. There's some interesting shops eg one that sells an amazing selection of rocks and minerals, also excellent coffee shops.

The city museum was a great find.

The city museum was a great find. I had no idea that petrified wood is found in the area and there are pictographs existing of the early peoples. I have seen this in the US-Arizona/New Mexico, etc, but never tought they existed here. also other great displays of the area.

Princeton is a great location for a low-key getaway from Vancouver. It has a nice dry environment with beautiful ponderosa pines and grasslands. The small downtown area has some cute shops. We sat on the patio of a great cafe called Thomasina's and enjoyed craft beer. We had dinner at the Copper Pit - excellent smoked meat. We also saw several deer.

Unfortunately Princeton is under a boil water advisory so it was kind of annoying to have to bring our own bottled water into the room- none was provided. Otherwise the Ace Hotel was well situated and our drive to Princeton through amazing scenery made it worthwhile. The Creek Cafe served amazing Greek food- with a patio!

It is a small town in British Columbia that has gone through a recent flood situation. The mayor spoke at our conference and told us of the whole situation. The people of Princeton deserve credit for their efforts in dealing with this disaster. The people are friendly and the town is attractive and welcoming. It is very easy to get around Princeton. I enjoyed a good evening meal in the Little Creek Grill. Also a very pleasant late evening on the patio of Thomastina's. Plus we had our Conference gala in the Legion Hall and enjoyed a delicious evening meal there.

If you want a getaway this is the place. Travel down the majestic Crows Nest Highway and take a break at Princeton. Then continue on the Summerland road to the cabin where you will be warmly greeted by the hosts. The cabin is simple and pleasant. I had the best two nights sleep of the trip. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and we didn’t find anything lacking. We messaged our goodbyes and Bob came straight back asking if they could have done better. We only had a couple of very minor suggestions. I’m sure we’ll keep in touch.

This was in a great location on the way into Princeton. While not upgraded or modern, it had a cosiness about it that was nice. The staff was super friendly bending over backwards to help us get what we needed.
