    The location was great and close to what we wanted to do,...

    The location was great and close to what we wanted to do, malls and wonderland. The number of bedrooms was perfect. It was a nice touch to have stuffies for the younger kids. But the house was rundown. AC took 2 days to cool off house/propped open, garbage was a daily mess outside (not even our garbage). Other guests shared the house....awkward. sheets were used from second hand store (price tag still on sheet) water leaked from 3rd floorbath to second floor bed thru the light. Holes in wall. Nails sticking out of floor stairs and couch. Unusable and insufficient dirty dishes. No freezer. Unsafe 3rd floor, no railings at stairs. Was told it would be perfect for the 3 under 5yrs old. Urine on wall beside toilet. Broken washer dryer dishwasher and coffee machine. 3 coffee cups for 9 adults......we could not and would not cook there.

    Lovely little room.

    Lovely little room. My room was in excellent condition - like brand new! Bathroom was great as well. Completely spotless, good sized shower and excellent water pressure. The hotel is also within walking distance to several stores, restaurants and coffee shops. It was an extremely affordable alternative to staying in Toronto for those who don't mind a short drive to the city. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

    Charming area, many restaurants we were not able to try on...

    Charming area, many restaurants we were not able to try on this visit, but will visit again. Staked Pancake was great for breakfast. Chef Riza Persian Grill was also excellent. Minimal construction for summer time and easy to get around to visiting destinations in downtown Toronto.

    I Had a very bad experience, there were many noises...

    I Had a very bad experience, there were many noises throughout the whole night. Because of that, I didn't get a good sleeping experience. The bed had 3 different noises ( the mattress, the wood, and the metal pieces ) there was also another noise that would be making noise during the whole night at almost every 30 minutes ( coming from the closet or somewhere around it). The host didn't speak one word of English so I couldn't really discuss anything with her.

    While in Richmond Hill I visited Gibson House an excellent small museum with an enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide, Kleinburg McMichael gallery thst has wonderful Canadian art , and West Way dance club for a great evening of dancing & attempting to learn the quickstep The Inn in Richmond Hill is located within easy reach of all of these activities & places I had an excellent lunch at the McMichael gallery of smoked fish on toast

    A great stay - the second time I've been to this hotel. Large and comfortable rooms, many facilities including an indoor swimming pool, and the best breakfast I had in North America (albeit with additional price). A great place to rest! The staff were very nice and attentive, and swiftly solved any problem we had. Would come again!

    Free breakfast & very pet friendly hotel as long as you have cage and your dog is not noisy ($20 per dog/per night). Good price specially if you stay more, staff are very friendly and free parking. The receptionist will help you as much as posibble and they do their best to accomodate you.

    The location was convenient for where I needed to be in Richmond Hill, and I appreciated the idea of having a private entrance and access to a kitchen, which is why I booked a home property instead of a hotel. The host was polite in initial communication.

    I liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. When we asked for a second chair late in the evening, it was delivered instantly. The waiter Anton made everyone in the restaurant feel special and welcome.
