St_Hyacinthe was a city that I liked to hate until 2 days...
St_Hyacinthe was a city that I liked to hate until 2 days ago. The City now has 37 restaurants. I had supper at Le Parvis which is located in an old church. Exceptional attention is brought to each customer. Excellent food, great service and bring your wine. This is a good recipe to save money. For architecture lovers, visit the cathedral mainly at night. The city hall surroundings are amazing and their downtown is lively. The people are very nice and helpful.
