Nothing much to see there,we only went there because of the cheap motel,there was a small fort that was about 15 minutes from the motel which had a modest entrance fee and was a good place to kill a few hours, not sure if there's any other tourist spots like that in the area,but overall it was a good visit.Guest review byJaggernauth - 10.0

Great place to visit for nature lovers. The bike path on the Chambly Canal is safe, family-friendly and will take you from the Vieux Saint-Jean to the Vieux Chambly, with historic architecture and tons of dining options in all price ranges at both ends.Guest review byStéphanieCanada - 10.0
Staff incredibly friendly.
Staff incredibly friendly. They accomodated my particular, on and off situation, including a couple of upgrades. Spacious room with fully stocked kitchenette. Very satisfied. Breakfast simple but tasty. Was here for work and didnt actually discover the city, but its very inviting, overlooking the river. We didn't spend a lot a time in the city, but there is a small nice park "Parc des parulines" where we saw a fox and some birds. There is a very good restaurant "Restaurant Brava Grill #2", they cook a very tasty chicken and a very good rice.Guest review byClara_CasabonaCanada

We only stayed one night because of a festival in St Jean Sur-R. The mattresses were so comfortable. Usually I don't sleep good in motel and hotel beds, but this night I enjoyed! There was a fridge, microwave and a big TV in our room. I was surprised that you couldn't hear the traffic on the highway at nicht, I expected it to be loud. It was not at all!
