The staff are very very friendly. They were able to support me every step of the way and helped me with every query. Their hospitality is top notch! Its in a very convenient location. They even helped me with transport issues I had. When in doubt, just ask nicely. I think they were all Sri Lankan so rest assured, you're safe.
