Late check-in at 19.45 worked just fine. The restaurant was still open and we had a great dinner with a glass of Gruyere white wine! The room upstairs had a wonderful view.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️

Location of hotel is perfect, 2 min walk from train/bus station, 30sec walk to main high street , bar just around the corner , rooms are comfortable and warm , staff were friendly and polite, food was excellent 👌

    Although English wasn't the staff's strength, they tried to speak it and were really nice and thoughtful throughout our stay. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was really good. The bedroom was way bigger and nicer then we thought from watching the photos. Also the view from the hotel is something to behold!

    A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast of warm croissants and sliced bread with honey, jams and Nutella, along with a fresh fruit salad, orange juice and coffee with warm milk. Two thumbs way up!

    The suites are spread across three floors: the ground floor has a terrace with outdoor seating and access to the garden, the second floor also has a terrace, and the third floor has windows. The hotel was clean and we were satisfied with the facilities.

    Rooms are spacious and clean, great shower, very friendly staff, great view, tasty food, especially the seasonal crème brûlée with tonka. we liked it so much, that ça called our next hotel to stay here one more night.
