The views were amazing, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular, the room, the food the service. The only thing we were disappointed with was the dinner. Very overpriced for the quality of food and service. This hotel has a complimentary bus which is about a 30 minute drive from Interlaken West. Everything was thought for free toiletries, slippers and a robe.
