As soon as you walk in, you feel at home the accommodation is spotless and is a great retreat for a family with kids ..plenty of toys inside and a play area in the garden too.we used the bbq in the garden which cooks very well I highly recommend the location if u are travelling with a car ..its only about 35 mins from zurich airport. The area is quite pure bliss .the host is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment all 3 bedrooms with double beds .a highchair and cot also .we would definitely go there again without a doubt. We drove directly to Zurich zoo 30 mins away and parked next to the zoo, which opens at 9am if you get there early parking is no problem .reinfalls is 15 mins away and is truly amazing .go ahead and book. Believe me, it's beautiful 😍

The staff was sooo lovely and kind, and also very accommodating. We were there for a wedding in town and they were very helpful at check in so we could get ready in the hotel room beforehand. The biggest highlight was definitely the kindness of the staff service. The room itself was very cozy, modern, seemed newly renovated with a nice little bathroom - it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable, which was great after a long night of dancing. Breakfast was also tasty, not a buffet but everything was served to the table. The parking on property was practical as well. The reception is at the bar, which we didn't have time to explore, but also looked like it had a good vibe.

Tranquil setting right on the river bank, fabulous views out over the Rheine. Staff attentive without being intrusive. The little touches such as the sun cream and bug spray on each well spaced table , it is on top of the river, were excellent. The restaurant was fantastic; a really worthwhile and enjoyable dining experience, tasty and exciting cuisine leaving one satisfied and happy. Breakfast was excellent, a fine selection of bread, cold cuts, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juices and hot drinks with hot food cooked to order. Good sized and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Thoroughly recommended.

This hotel is in a historic building, dating from the 15th Century but well renovated. The staff members, Alicia, Marco and William were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. A short walk took us to Santa Lucia Plaza where there are restaurants and pubs, and local people gatheear. It was fun interacting with them. A short walk further was a chocolate shop. Great neighborhood. Also, a convenient location from which to take a trip to beautiful Rhein Fall. I highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was excellent
