Very friendly and welcoming staff. Large, comfortable rooms, high quality bathroom, large comfy bed. The restaurant was excellent with a lovely informal atmosphere, outstanding food and extensive wine selection. The owner even helped us get our car started the next morning because the battery was flat - outstanding!

The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. Strongly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time in town.

I had a great stay at La Réserve Geneva, where I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. What a lovely stay! Everything was PERFECT: 1. Had booked for one night the standard bedroom and then the suite for the second night. Upon arrival they informed us we had been upgraded for the suite for the first night as well so we would not have to make a bedroom change. 2. The hotel is so perfectly located, right in the middle of old town. If you like fondue, you cannot miss their restaurant. 3. Their staff was attentive, professional and efficient. They even left a card, a box of chocolates, cookies and fresh fruits in the bedroom for my husband’s birthday. 4. The confort and cleanliness of the room. All and all a place to not miss when in Geneva, definitely my go to for my next stay!
