With only nine rooms but also with spaces all round you feel like like in perfect home. Cuisine uses best local ingredients cooked and served in modernist cuisine fashion. For example breakfast poached eggs with bacon with fresh petals were best in the class.

The hotel is an experience in itself. From the cozy restaurant to the stylish bar that serves coffee, mocktails, and other drinks, to the outdoor seating and nearby small shops, there’s always something to enjoy. You could travel to this hotel alone and still have a complete and fulfilling trip. The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered. They were genuinely friendly and warm. It didn’t feel like dealing with typical city hotel employees. They took their time explaining the best ways to explore Zurich, offering helpful tips and showing exactly how to get around. Their sincerity and kindness really stood out. The location is excellent. Zurich HB station is within walking distance, along with many other key places in the city. The room was spotless and very comfortable. On rainy days, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk and return it after my walk. The hotel felt like a destination of its own. It was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It was an amazing environment to be in.

Five is located just outside of the center of Zurich, nice landscaping, good views, easy accessible by train or car. The facility is spacious and luxurious with lots of amenities. The rooms are very comfortable! All good! Special thanks to Panagiotis, who made sure our stay was fabulous!!

    Dietikon is on the railway to central Zurich and other places in Switzerland. But if you are coming to Zurich via the airport, it's a complicated journey by either car or train so I would try to fine a district that is near the airport or between it and central Zurich. If you are going to visit western suburban Zurich it should be a good location.

    Very functional hotel room near Zurich and friendly personnel. There is an underground parking which was better than parking in the street. No feedback regarding the breakfast as I didn't take any. Everything was clean.

    The hotel is a disgrace. The minimum hygiene requirements were not respected. It was smelling awful and the room I received was not clean at all. The bathroom especially was in a very poor condition.

    Self Check-in was easy enough. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. Hotel is 15 minutes train from Zürich. It also provides good parking across the street.
