Amazing stay. The views are unbeatable. Room is very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast is lovely. The staff is unbelievably kind; I forgot an item at the hotel and they were incredibly helpful in making sure I got the item back.

The room was fantastic, high ceilings, big curtains, a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a truly lovely stay.

    The hotel is so clean and so beautiful from the inside. The location is amazing. We enjoyed the lake view so much! You can see the entire Walensee from there. Also it‘s just 2 min away from Krenzerberg which it was so practical for us. I asked if they can make the room a bit romantic as it was my bf birthday and they made it really beautiful. The receptionist is really friendly and sweet. She helped me when i had Fever. I totally recommend this hotel.

    Breakfast was great-- a traditional pension breakfast with fruits, coffee, ham and hard boiled eggs, plus cheese, cereal, and warm baked bread. The hotel dining room view was AMAZING. Beds were firm, room was very clean. The bathrooms are in the hallway. I can guess this is tricky when the hotel is busy but in our case we had no problem with this!

    Magnificent location overlooking lake and mountains - if you have a room on that side of the hotel, otherwise overlooking the road. View from the dining room is, however, beautiful. Restaurant is good for dinner and the breakfasts are great.

    I like the location of the hotel and rooms are very cozy and beds are comfty. Even it says shared bathrooms there are enough showers and toilets and they are all clean. I love the pillows and towels
