Cosy hotel owned /managed by a family, which are very friendly and kind with the guests. We felt like home being there. Kudos to the waitresses in the restaurant, exceptional service provided for the guests. Food in special was delicious. The hotel is very well located, close to the ski lifts in the city.

A cozy lovely cabin in the mountains; we had a very warm welcome and even had a cozy fire in the fireplace and freshly brewed tea; you have to take a chairlift up by 4 pm but we enjoyed the 45 minute walk up the mountain and the view from the cabin was lovely

Unique family-run property, full of historic character. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room with a comfortable bed. Epic hikes just out the front door. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. What a location! It doesn't have to be winter for this to be beautiful. We stayed in the non-kids area and it was great. Lovely rooms, good food, amazing location... The spa area was nice as well. The non clothed area has multiple types of sauna, steamcabin and a good area to cool down. If you want to drive up, read the information because it is special. Friendly staff!

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Dakota! Friendly staff, pleasant, professional, and efficient! They are courteous and always greeting and willing to support! The room was a good size with a balcony and amazing mountain views. There is a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a safe. They do daily housekeeping and replace towels as needed. Buffet breakfast has a little bit of everything from eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, breads etc. I loved the orange juice maker!!! Hotel is situated in close proximity to all main attractions. They provide an underground parking at 10 Francs per day with access to elevator. Room is tastefully decorated, and they provided us with a king size bed and extra pillows! The front desk tries to help you in many ways. My wife and I loved the hotel and will definitely come back. It was our first visit to Switzerland but will not be the last!

Lovely hotel. Reception staff Marcel kindly greeted us with such a wonderful name and greeted us late Unfortunately, the view was at the back and was not on the mountain. We were late by half an hour for check-out. This was not tolerated by the very strict morning staff But in general, the hotels are beautiful and worth a visit
