Great customer service and rooms with nice view and very comfortable bed. As interior designer I can say that room was gorgeous! It exceeded my expectations We had some good wine at the evening and realy good coffee in the morning at breakfast.

The hotel was really pretty, with nice location close to the bus stop and just next to the lake. The building the beautiful inside & out. You can watch the lake during breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety and quality. The room was also spotless clean and very stylish, with great view on the lake and the mountains. Comfy beds.

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

    We liked the helpfulness of the the staff, in particular, Yannis. He was so kind, thoughtful and helpful when we needed help with getting to the emergency room (ER) in Lucerne. He even advised an alternative route to avoid long traffic delays. He is an incredible ambassador for the hotel. Thank you 😊 Yannis.

    Location was great. My room was upgraded to a suite which included a terrace. Great way to enjoy a pizza from the Italian restaurant downstairs. The only issue was the name of the Hotel was not marked. It just said Hotel so I missed it and ended up travelling downtown and then coming back out.

    The room was very spacious, warm and well lit. A varied breakfast. The hotel's free parking lot only had 4 spaces, but there is a huge city paid parking lot across the street from the hotel, so no problems with parking.
