The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Their cheeriness was infectious. A true asset to whoever owns the hotel. The room was very well appointed and decorated. Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in by myself is great idea. It was easy. We didn’t know where to park car and didn’t know rules for free parking. Thank you that you leave information on the table. Room has everything what you need for one night or longer period. Even small kitchen with all staff (olive oil, salt, pepper, everything). Thank you for smart TV. We enjoyed our Netflix. Bathroom is good and nice cosmetic. Everything is well organized. Thank you!

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. This place was perfect for us. The room was clean and cozy, the location is beautiful right on the river (you can hear the water while in bed😁😁😁) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. And the restaurant that is right next door has amazing food. 10/10!

    The Rustico is a very authentic House located at the beatuifull hill side of Lavertezzo. It is equipped with everything you need for a holiday including oven, stove, laundry, and so on. What impressed us was how clean it was and also the sourrounding area is beautiful. The Rustico is located 5-10 Minutes from Lavertezzo center, depending on how fast you walk. All in all we had a great weekend and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Tessin.

    Location is the main value of this hotel. Spent there two nights will visiting the valleys and antient villages and bridges. Private parking is also of great value. The garden is just above a small river is wonderful.

    The location was incredible, right across from the river. Staff was kind. They had a deer farm behind the hotel as well which was a surprise to us. Overall we had a great time!
