The hotel is amazing! Fantastic location and superb amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the view stunning, especially if you get the front side of the hotel with views of the Alps in the distance. Amazing to wake up to and amazing to fall asleep to. The spa was fantastic (Vincent! He helped relieve what feels like years long lower back pain!) And the restaurant absolutely delicious! All in all a great stay, just wish it had been longer.

My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

It was SOOOO clean and well-kept. 2 major supermarkets were within 3 mins walking distance and it was so easy to get around cause of how near the stations were (via tram and bus). Check in and out was hassle-free and seamless. Breakfast was a limited spread for us (cause we're muslims) BUT food was great! There even was a rooftop terrace to just chill. We also love the fact that it's like 15mins from central of Zurich, away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall, it's an amazing new apartment! Everything was clean. Perfect location - Just 10 minutes by tram from the airport and 10 min from apartments to Zurich by train. I got this apartment for Zurich Open Air, and it was the best choice cause I could easily reach the festival on a walk. During the day, I worked, and Wifi was good, so there were no issues. You also can find a nice restaurant in this building.

The apartment was clean and had all the needed supplies, like towels, cookware, dishware, etc. The location is close to the train and bus stations, so the commute to Zurich was easy. Also, several grocery stores were close by. The self check-in was very well communicated and was pretty simple. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great!

Due to the renovation, we were transferred to Hilton Zurich hotel which is next to it. With the same price, but we could enjoy the facilities of the Hilton hotel. We had early morning flight, hotel provided airport shuttle bus which was very convenient.
