We love the place, so clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too many choices—beautiful view of the Zurich lake. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only thing we don't like is that we need to leave early to go to another place. I would love to stay more and relax. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect because you can reach the main cities and other attractions from the train/bus station, which is 1 minute walk from the hotel. Also the boat stop is very close, from there you can take a boat ride and visit the other side of the lake, islands, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view from the windows is beautiful, you can see the mountain and Etzel. The staff is very friendly, the communication was clear and frequently.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering all the comforts I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — I especially enjoyed the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

    The location was very nice, right on the lake and the hotel as a whole was pleasant. There was a simple but good continental breakfast included in the price. The staff were very pleasant. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

    The Hotel is fantastically situated on the edge of the lake was great for me on my visit for work. Lovely food for dinner and breakfast and I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay outside of the city.
