Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). Ideal for skiing with wonderful ski room and amazing spa, outdoor pool with Matterhorn view etc. We will be back soon :)

Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

The location was amazing! Beautiful little town of Randa, not too far away from the train station and the hike to the longest suspension bridge in the world! The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage the next day so that we could do the hike. Our room had the view of the snow-capped mountains and the size was perfect for 4 people. It was also very clean.

Everything. Such a perfect location in beautiful peaceful Randa and just a short trip by taxi (every hour) or train (every 30 mins) to the hustle and bustle of Zermatt so you have the best of both worlds. Absolutely super host who took such good care of us from the moment we arrived, giving us all the local tips and knowledge to get the very best from our stay.

The owners were a jovial couple and they made sure that our stay was great. We were looking for a property below Zermatt since we did not want to leave our car at the train station and this stay was ideal for that. We also got parking right in front of the hotel.

I like the flat views of the mountains , good location very close to the train station. Also Randa is one of the village where you can starting some good hikes. Like the suspension bridge.
