Nice place in the tranquil town.Only 50 meters from hotel to the Randa train station.The host is so nice and helpful and he can arrange taxi to Zermatt, which is cheaper than the train.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. the Structure of the hotel was very well thought for all those guests to not clash with each other in the halls 😃 The spa was especially relaxing and very well kept. We had a truly wonderful stay. There is strictly nothing negative to say about our short spell at the Matterhorn Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, cosy, but with modern facilities. Spa was also super clean and welcoming. Staff were ultra nice, and came to pick us from the train station, even though we were actually just a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were both sad to leave. We literally can't wait to go back!

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    The flat is located in Randa, down the valley from Zermatt. This means that everything is accessible but you do not have the noise and bustle of Zermatt, this was good for us. Public transport is brilliant, you can buy a multi day pass at Randa that covers most journeys on the trains and cable cars. The flat is spotlessly clean, stylish and with great facilities. I loved the sunny balcony with Mountain View’s after a days walking.

    The hotel is very conveniently located, right across the Randa sbb railway station, so just two stops from Zermatt. Marco, the owner is really helpful. I appreciate that he came to receive us at the station with a friendly smile. The hotel was overbooked, so he managed our stay at another very nice hotel nearby. Overall we had a great & comfortable stay in Zermatt.

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.
