We had a late check in, so we had to do a self check in in this case, which was super simple as we got clear instructions. The room was super clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Fantastic everything. Location is very easy to get to. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Close to Locarno, but still a quiet location. Convenient parking (if by car) and 5 minutes from train. Perfect!

    This is a fantastic place. We were so impressed with room and facilities. It is very swanky but also very family friendly. We stayed in a standard room which was the most luxurious room of our whole trip, from the layout to the lighting as well as a fridge and a superb coffee machine. The view was also great. It was my husband’s birthday so there was also small bottle of fizzy and a birthday card. So lovely. I want to revisit this hotel again. Forgot to mention the amazing breakfast with everything and the lovely breakfast staff.

Fascinating comments on dishes and serving them in a friendly manner significantly promoted the new cuisine of Switzerland for us.     Amazing outdoor swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi - as expected. Surprisingly good breakfast - exceptionally good. Not great location but for overnight stay on the road trip - more than fine. EV charger at the hotel door.
