A wonderful warm welcome from all the staff. Underground car parking. Warm, small but well planned and serviced room (desk, luggage area, wardrobe, fridge) exceptionally clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Great cappuccinos.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

    the location was excellent - just off the main highway, we stayed for just one night after a long day of travelling. the rooms were clean - the rooms were modern and were very clean. the staff were mostly helpful and nice. free Wi-Fi and 2 restaurants outside of the hotel. the hotel provides a 10% discount for both. shops and a petrol station. the breakfast was nice. the views were absolutely amazing especially from our hotel room.

    Parking was easy and good, free for guests too. Location great to get into Luzern, easy by bus outside the hotel and use of guest card ticket free travel which reception gave us. Breakfast very good plenty of choice. Room was good, very clean, beds comfortable.
